A temporary residence permit for educational purposes (RVPO) is a document allowing a foreigner to reside and study in the Russian Federation.
The RVP is issued for the duration of the training and the following 180 calendar days
After completing their studies, foreigners or stateless persons who have received a residence permit have the right to apply for a residence permit (residence permit) in a simplified manner within 3 years without having to issue a residence permit in Russia.

• A temporary residence permit is a document allowing a foreigner to reside and work in the Russian Federation.
• The RVP is issued for a period of up to 3 years. It cannot be extended for a longer period. Upon termination of the document, the foreigner must choose:
• to apply for a residence permit in the Russian Federation. You must submit the documents no later than 4 months before the end of the RVR
• to leave Russia, re-enter and get
• the RVR to leave Russia again.

ВНЖ — второй этап получения российского гражданства после оформления разрешения на временное проживание (РВП). На общих основаниях иностранец сначала получает РВП, затем ВНЖ. Через 5 лет проживания в России по ВНЖ можно подать заявление на гражданство
